Calling all Runners! Novice, intermediate and advanced. Runner's Training Program. Training for a 5k, 10k Half or marathon? Get a running assessment and training guide personalized to you. Two 1-hour sessions (assessment and conditioning) plus on-going support for 4-12 weeks. This is based on your training schedule. Special package of $255 Once you go through this program once, you can scale it to any race.
